So far as I know, Toyota hasn't even confirmed a 4th Gen is coming soon, but these patent images would seem to confirm that the design is settled. I'm guessing this is the TRD Pro variant.

Toyota filed these patents for the next-gen 2024+ Tacoma design, giving us a clear look at what the new pickup truck looks like. It seems to take styling cues from the new Tundra.

Very Tundra-inspired, for sure. I'm digging the look, even if it's probably too small for me. I do wonder if they'll keep a long-bed option in the new truck - it seems like everyone is simplifying their lineups to be just long cab/short bed.

It truly does look like a mini Tundra and I don't think that's a bad thing. It's like what Toyota did with the 4Runner and RAV4.
